Enjoy an evening sailing the Solent. Feel the thrill of controlling an ocean going yacht, with the wind in your hair and billowing white sails powering you along. Tis is all under the watchful eye of an experienced Yachtmaster skipper.

Your experience starts at 5:30pm with a safety briefing, then your Yachtmaster skipper will introduce you to the basics of sailing.

In an amazingly short time you will be sailing your way out through the buoys on Southampton Water. Enjoy a glass of chilled white wine as you sail back into port at approximately 7:30pm.

You can choose to take an active part in the sailing or just sit back in the secure cockpit and enjoy the evening.

	Venues: The Solent (South Coast).
	Duration: 5:30pm to approximately 7:30pm.
	Availability: Selected Saturdays and Wednesdays during the season (May – September). Please note that availability is limited so allow plenty of time for booking.
	Restrictions: Minimum age for this experience is 16 years, maximum weight is 18 stone. A full paying adult must accompany guests under 18.
	Weather: Please be aware that this experience is weather dependant. If the weather is not suitable for sailing on the day you book, this date will be rearranged.
	Dresscode: You will need non-marking soft soled shoes (trainers or deck shoes). Dress in several layers of clothing to allow for hot/cold weather. Waterproofs, harness and life jacket are provided. No experience necessary.

	Additional Information: Included in the cost are all light refreshments on board. Non-swimmers welcome. It is not possible to accommodate spectators. Sailing requires a degree of physical exertion so participants must be reasonably fit.
