This experience is specifically geared towards beginners and offers a hand-on introduction to sailing so no previous experience is required.

You will be encouraged to take part in all aspects of sailing, tacking, man over board drill, helming and navigating etc.

This is a full day experience that takes place on the North Sea and includes a light lunch.

Introduction to Sailing Incentive Points: 145 per person

	Venues: Ipswich, East Anglia
	Duration: Approx 7 hours, subject to weather conditions (10am to 5pm)
	Availability: Selected weekends from March through November
	Restrictions: Minimum age for this experience is 14 years, maximum weight is 18 stone. A full paying adult must accompany guests under 18.
	Weather: Please be aware that this experience is weather dependant. If the weather is not suitable for sailing on the day you book, this date will be rearranged. Sailing requires a degree of physical exertion so participants must be reasonably fit.
	Dresscode: harness and life jacket will be provided
