	Venues: Nottingham
	Duration: Please allow upto approx 2 hour.
	Availability: All year round but subject to water release.
	Restrictions: Due to the strenuous nature of white water rafting/Orca, all participants should be physically fit. Anyone with a medical condition must seek medical advice before considering participating. All course participants must be able to swim in open water (defined as 1 length of the swimming pool). All participants must be aged 14 or over for rafting. (under 18's need to be accompanied by a parent/gaurdian.)
	Weather: Check with centre the day before.
	Dresscode: Wet suits and buoyancy aids will be provided.
