On the 14th April 2005 Stein Smart successfully auditioned against 4000 chefs and appeared on ITV’s Hells Kitchen where he was mentored by Jean Christophe Noveli and Gary Rhodes.

Now, courtesy of Kids Corner, children of all ages can get their hands dirty and learn how to cook their favourite meals- all home made and healthy.

Recipes on offer include:
Bread making and pizza bases, fishcakes, chicken nuggets, burgers, pies, cheesecakes, crumbles, chocolate, fruit, fresh custards and ice creams.

	Venues: Essex/Hertfordshire
	Duration: Half day course- either 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm
	Availability: Friday and Saturday weekly, subject to availability
	Restrictions: Minimum age of 5, parents welcome.
