The iconic Transporter Bridge, made famous by Auf Wiedersehn Pet, is the only Bridge Bungee jump in the UK. Built in 1911 the bridge is one of only three operating in the world, and is ideal for your first bridge jump. Arrive in the Bridge's visitor centre and from there you will be weighed and kitted out with your back-up harness. Then the massive climb of 210 steps to the top of the bridge, walk to the jump zone and take in the fabulous view at 160ft as the final checks are made and kit is fitted. Then it's your turn, the jump master shouts 3... 2... 1... Bungee! You jump from 160ft above the River Tees and a waiting speed boat will pluck you from the air and take you back to shore. Restrictions: If you suffer from the following conditions you cannot jump: high blood pressure, heart condition, dizziness, epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma, neurological conditions, diabetes. If you suffer from the following you should seek medical advice and provide a certificate before you jump: damage to neck, back, ankles or eyes. Please inform the operator if you are taking any medication.

Age restrictions: Minimum age is 14. Participants who are 14 and 15 years old require parental or guardian permission. No over 50's without a doctor's certificate. If you present a doctor's certificate on the day you will be required to sign a non standard waiver. Glasses and hard contact lenses can not be worn. You must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Club.
