Coasteering More Info Coasteering is an adrenalin and action-packed day for all ages and abilities. Learn about the coastline at the same time as having fun and testing your skill and endurance. All of the routes are graded (see below) to ensure that you don't get in too deep but have a coastal adventure like no other. The cliffs and caves, swells and waves that are part of coasteering make up one of the wildest and harshest enfironments on the planet and this activity gets you right there, in the adrenaline-packed thick of it! Blue Line An introduction to coasteering, which takes your group along a relatively easy route involving climbing, swimming and cliff jumping. Conditions can vary from flat calm to some swell - we can't control that - but your guides are experts and will know how to deal with whatever you enconter along the way. Blue Line Coasteering is available year round depending on swell and weather conditions Green Line Green Line coasteers give you a deeper insight into the high energy and spectacular inter-tidal zone. Waves regularly batter the cliff faces and the plants and animals that live here, whilst it's alternately flooded with water or left high and dry twice a day as the tide rises and falls - not the easiest place to make your home. Green Line provides fascinating information on what this world is all about and shows you how its residents survive - bearing in mind that for a short time, at least you're one of them! But it's not all about learning - you'll also have a blast getting around in true coasteering fashion. White Line This is one for big wave days and experiences coasteerers - when a deep Atlantic low is sending powerful swells on to our shores then it's a White Line day. Expect plenty of action as you're lifted up and down by the swells and have to negotiate the cliffs and caves with skill and care. You'll need to be a strong swimmer and confident in rough seas, in return for which you can expect a truly memorable day of coasteering. Flat Line We need flat conditions for Flat Line days, but don't think that means it will be easy - Flat Line coasteers are at least ten times longer than an average route, so you'll need to be physically fit and have high levels of stamina and endurance - if you're into adventure racing or triathlons this will be right up your street. You also need to have some previous coasteering experience to ensure you can deal with the challenging environments encountered along the way.
