Go on try a Parachute Jump, this course uses the most up-to-date equipment in the world of parachuting. The square canopies used are highly manoeuverable and are the same type used by many experienced jumpers. The parachute is opened automatically when you exit the aircraft, are fun to fly, and can give you very light landings.

Your jump will be from 3,500 feet giving you plenty of time to have fun and enjoy the view. Courses are normally run at weekends although midweek courses can be organised for groups. One day training course jumping same day weather permitting or the next morning.

The course includes membership of the British Parachute Association, third party insurance, all instruction, hire of parachutes, helmets, radios, altimeters, overalls, your aircraft ride and your first jump.

A word of caution this experience is very addictive you will want to do it over and over again.

	Restrictions: Max weight: 14 stone. Please note that weight must be in proportion to height, please contact us if unsure. Parachutists need a reasonably high standard of physical fitness and must not be overweight in relation to their sex, age and height. Please note that the minimum age for parachuting is 16 and the maximum age is 50 for RAPS and AFF. Anyone under 18 must have the written consent of a parent or guardian. The upper age limit for tandem skydivers is 70 Anyone aged 40 or over, including Tandem skydivers, and anyone suffering or who has suffered from the following conditions, must have a Parachute Medical Certificate signed by a doctor. Epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction, previous fractures, back strain, arthritis and severe joint sprains, chronic bronchitis, asthma, rheumatic fever, pneumothorax, liver or kidney disease, thyroid, adrenal, or other glandular disorders, chronic ear or sinus disease, any condition which requires the regular use of drugs, anaemia, recent blood donation: If any of these conditions apply to you or a member of your group, please phone the Centre and we will forward the necessary forms.
	Weather: Please phone the jump centre before you set off and check weather conditions.
	Dresscode: Long trousers and long sleeve shirt. Waterproofs will be provided but suitable shoes (covering ankle) would be advisable.
