	Venues: Oxfordshire
	Duration: Allow approx 1 hour on site.
	Availability: We are running these courses on at least two Saturdays every month throughout the year (March to November).
	Restrictions: Min Hgt 5`2 Max Hgt. 6`5 Max Wgt. 18 St. Alcohol is strictly forbidden from all events. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from all activities
	Dresscode: Long Trousers and Soft Soled Shoes (trainers)
