Join us on our Discover Scuba course, and you could be taking your first steps towards discovering the other 70% of your planet! Under the close supervision of your PADI instructor you will have a brief introduction to your equipment, basic safety procedures and hand signals, followed by your first breaths underwater. Once you experience breathing underwater in the safety of our training pool you will want to go to greater depths maybe out in the ocean.

	Venues: Nottingham and Manchester.
	Duration: Approximately 2 hours
	Restrictions: You should be a reasonably proficient swimmer and be able to swim 200 metres non-stop. The minimum age requirement is 10 years. There is no upper age limit. You will be required to complete a PADI Medical Statement and answer questions on your past
	Dresscode: Just bring a swimming costume all equipment will be provided
