What an unusual gift idea, shake up your cocktail mixing skills with some of the best bartenders in the business. Learn their recipes and secrets in the UK’s leading bartender training academy.

Your ‘Shaker’ experience starts with a welcoming drink (tea and coffee also available), and an informative talk, covering the history of cocktails and the terminology and tricks used by the experts. Then you'll receive two training sessions, including demonstrations and interactive cocktail making. After a break you will have the chance to make some of the most popular classic and contemporary concoctions, including the Classic Martini. Sour, Mojito, Cosmopolitan and more. Not forgetting tasting and experimenting with your own creations and you'll take home a complimentary cocktail guide or a professional cocktail shaker.

	Venues: Birmingham and London
	Duration: The experience will last for five hours, from 1pm until 6pm, including approximately 30 minutes for break.
	Availability: Saturdays, once a month (at alternate locations)
	Restrictions: Minimum age is 18. You may be asked to provide proof of age identification on the day. Unfortunately the building does not offer disabled access.

	Additional Information: There will be up to 15 people taking part on the day. This experience is not suitable for spectators. There is no dress code for the experience, but smart casual dress is essential if you're planning to go out afterwards. You will be drinking alcohol for this experience, so you won't be able to drive after taking part.
