Rock Climbing and Abseiling are traditional outdoor sports, which are proving to be more popular now than ever.

Don’t worry if you’ve never taken part in either of these activities, come and find out what it’s all about under the tuition of qualified experts. The Rock Climbing and Abseiling Gift Experience combines both abseiling and climbing and will give you a taste of the buzz the sports can give.
We use local crags and quarries for most of out climbing and the views are stunning.

	Venues: Brecon, Snowdonia Region and North Wales, Pembrokeshire, South Wales and Scotland.
	Duration: Please allow 8 hours for this experience.
	Availability: This experience runs on selected days all year round. All equipment is included in the cost.
	Restrictions: Minimum age 8 years, Maximum weight 18 stone (max weight varies between centres, if you are unsure, please call us at the office). Participants must be in good health with a good level of fitness to take part in this event. Please call the team if you are unsure.
