This is sailing at its fastest, a fun and exciting activity - a must for all speed demons!

Your 3-hour session starts with a short safety briefing and an explanation of the yachts controls. You will then experience your first sail around a figure of eight course learning 'Tack Turns'- turning the yacht into the wind in a safe and controlled manner, you will also learn the all important stopping techniques, all under the guidance of your expert instructor. Once you have the hang of this you will progress on to 'Gybe turns' a faster method of turning - turning the yacht with the wind behind you.

Once you have mastered the techniques you will move onto a larger course where you will experience the true feeling of acceleration and speed whilst being only a few inches off the ground! Please note the experience in Cornwall takes place on an airfield.

	Venues: New Romney, Kent and Perranporth, Cornwall
	Duration: This experience lasts for 3 hours.
	Availability: This experience operates on selected weekends throughout the year (EXCLUDING July and August in Kent, all year in Cornwall). Winter is an ideal time to go; as this is when the winds are at their strongest.
	Restrictions: Participants must be 16yrs or over and there is a maximum weight limit of 16.5 stone or 105 kg. There is no minimum weight.
	Dresscode: Advisable clothing to wear on the day would be jeans, sweat shirt, and trainers. It is also advisable to take a change of clothing just in case you get wet and a waterproof jacket and trousers if you have them.
